We have combined both Top Quality's premium rotors and SIM's semi-metallic brake pads to create a brake kit that will restore your Continental, Sable or Taurus optimal stopping power. The rotors use a G3000 heat-flow cast which provides consistent wear and quiet operation. Paired with chamfered, slotted, and shimmed semi-metallic pads to ensure stronger resistance, reduced noise-causing vibrations, and solid braking performance.

Brake Kits
Top Quality’s premium rotors and drums are crafted using G3000 cast steel to properly balance wear with greater number of aeration vanes for optimal heat dissipation. Top Quality rotors and drums are designed to improve stopping distance, minimize brake fade, and extends both rotor/drum and pad life.

SIM semi-metallic pads are crafted using asbestos-free low-resin materials to eliminate brake fade and glazing. Chamfered, slotted and shimmed after original equipment specifications to restore braking performance while reducing dust accumulation and noise.
Order Processing:

Normal order processing can take between 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday).These days excludes weekends and holidays. Orders placed before 2:00pm EST typically begins processing the same day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST. on Friday will not ship until Monday or the following business day.

Note: Remanufactured items may take longer as they are built to order and tested vigorously before packing and shipping.


Shipping & Delivery:

Complete Car Parts offers free shipping on thousands of products. Our preferred shipping method is UPS Ground, however smaller items may be shipped USPS First Class or Priority.

Delivery times will vary, and products may ship separately from different warehouses located across the United States. Depending on warehouse locations and shipping destination, delivery times can range from 2 to 6 business days.

Note:
Free shipping is eligible only to U.S. delivery addresses within the 48 states. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Expedited shipping options are available for select items. Some orders may require a signature confirmation at time of delivery.


Warranty:

Complete Car Parts limited warranty covers against defects in material or workmanship from the date of purchase. A dated sales receipt must be included to show your product was purchased within the warranty period.

Note: Warranty period varies depending on product, please see product listing for more information.

We handle all manufacturer warranty claims on your behalf.

Any product found to be defective within 30 days of purchase is eligible for a refund or replacement, however any product found to be defective after 30 days but beforethe warranty period has expired are only eligible for a replacement only. Replacement product does not renew the warranty period.

When a product is found to be defective, Complete Car Parts will cover the costs of shipping of the replacement part to the original purchaser. Warranty and UPS related claims may require authentication, but not limited to pictures, video, or shipment back to the manufacturer.

Note: Do not dispose of defective parts until instructed.

If the defective part is requested to be returned to the manufacturer, Complete Car Parts will issue a call tag for the original purchaser to ship the product back. The original purchaser is responsible for packaging and delivery to a UPS driver or suitable UPS facility for return shipment. Failure to return the requested product will result in denial of current warranty claim.

All returned products must be accompanied by an approved RMA number provided by Complete Car Parts.

No reimbursements will be given for delay, labor, mileage, car rental, or any other costs involved in installation or re-installation of any product in question.
